We are proud to have introduced our Helping Others Progress Everyday (H.O.P.E.) initiative. In the photo above, we saved an elderly mother $300 by repairing a power shortage for her. She had gone without lighting and air conditioning in her living room for 3 weeks.
If you know of someone with an unsafe living condition or someone that may need help with a small repair, please reach out to us. We will be glad to see how we could assist them.
Our biggest goal is to make an impact on the affordable housing crisis. According to “The Gap,” only 37 affordable and available homes exist for every 100 extremely low-income residents.”
That is also the largest shortage for any group. With our goal in mind, we seek to make an impact on this by developing more housing. These developed properties would either be sold to low-income buyers or retained as affordable and/or work force housing.
With the high cost of both land and construction, we need the support of people such as yourself, county-officials, and government agencies to meet this goal. With the support of those that we have, we are eager to begin working towards a healthy balance of affordable housing.
As many people know, finding a place to rent is not one of ease. Our goal is to help make this process easier for those that need assistance. We have an array of realtors and property managers that could help prospective tenants find places to live.
In addition, we understand that security deposits and such make it hard for some to meet landlord requirements. As a result, we designed our program to also assist tenants with rental deposits; as funding availability is present.
