Florida Housing & Development Inc. is a Miami based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; focused on housing and development. 

We started this organization after seeing the continued shortage in housing; as well as the need in assistance for our locals.  Whether some people may realize it or not, the current housing crises affects all of us. Conversely, when people hear “housing” they immediately think of low-income and/or government assistance. However, that is far from the true meaning of housing and its’ affordability. 

  Our goal is to assist in stabilizing the housing crises that we face within our communities. In order to do so, we will be working with various Florida cities, counties, and other organizations. We will also be assisting needy homeowners with small repairs; in effort to ensure that their homes are in livable conditions.
